As Senior Vice President, North America at AGI (Ag Growth International), he holds full P&L for the company’s largest operating region — roughly C$730M across five segments, ~1,900 people, and 16 manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Canada. Over his career he has turned around an underperforming global business unit from loss to profit, integrated 11 acquisitions, and helped lead a C$540M sale, presenting to corporate boards and investors throughout. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
