Adoption of technology does not always follow creation. We know this in business as the ditches are filled with great ideas that no one ever used. As marketing professionals, we need to be challenging ourselves and our business colleagues to make sure that the benefits we extoll are continually aligned to the needs of the target market and not static to what only early-adopters may value.
