A lot is going on. And it all springs from our goal of being digital-first. We were late to the tech party – for lots of valid reasons – so in the last two years we’ve been experimenting, updating and pushing ourselves to connect with customers in the way that customers want. Its been an amazing experience fuelled by the very talented people on my team. In two years we’ve completely overhauled our e-commerce approach and gone from 11% of sales on line to just under 80%
We seriously embraced digital.
