I am amazed at the number of websites that are still not optimized for a mobile experience. When we first started discussing a new tso.ca that was the first thing that came to mind. That was two years ago. I think the mobile use of our website surpassed our desktop usage less than 12 months after the redesign. And I thought we were late in cleaning us the customer experience. But when I surf many of the local arts and culture websites in Toronto I see some who are still sadly behind. Folks, mobile is not a fad.
