Marketing as a function has always been a core agent of change. Many CMOs have the skillset and experience to leverage the agile nature of marketing and lead change management within their companies. And when you dig deeper and look at the professional methodologies associated with change management what you will discover is that they are the very same frameworks we use, everyday, in marketing to change attitudes and change behaviours.
