Marketing technology (MarTech) is a topic that I am asked frequently about. Last week, I wrote about the importance of having the right MarTech stack for your organization. In addition to understanding the “what” behind a MarTech stack, it’s important to also talk about the “who” behind MarTech. You can have the most sophisticated technology, but without the right people with the right skills on your team to act on data insights, the technology will not deliver the ROI you expect.
